I think it might benefit the team after this fiasco

to communicate directly to the community and see what everyone is thinking, good and bad.

Perhaps even a community poll of what we think are the most pressing issues that elrond needs to resolve. Just so the team can quantify what our expectations are maybe?

I certainly think it would benefit the community as well feeling like they are being at least heard. It can be frustrating for both sides, the devs and the community.

That's a good idea. There has been a lot of feedback over the last few days but things get lost easily. It'd be nice to have one centralized place to get all the information. Will relay.
