Hi. I currently only hold one coin in Nexo, but

I'm planning to add a lot more. However, they will not accept my debit card! I'm a UK citizen with a UK passport, UK address, UK bank account, UK phone number. I've been through all the verification levels successfully. Can anyone think of a reason why they won't accept me buying coins with my debit card? I've sent emails to the support address and opened a ticket, but no joy. This had been going on for 3 weeks. Any ideas?
