Anyways, just wanna say thanks for all your work and investigating. Even though probably 80-90% is user error, it is what it is mate. Adressing it quickly with a detailed plan on how to make things smoother and better in the future is great to see. People seem to forget so quickly this DEX is one month old and first of its kind. Somebody just told me that because Elrond bought the RIDE tokens from the affiliate it means the wallets are noncustodial and you can take tokens out of them. I just thought you'd get a laugh out of that nonsense lol. You get so much frustration directed at you, you deserve a laugh now and then.

Of course I did. Yes the timing was not that good, but I am glad you read it. I hope you guys understood the root problem started with the MEX release. I belive the solution with airdroping LKMEX (from the Initial Liquidity which was not used) to those who lost is not bad at all. And then to make a LKMEX pool with RIDE rewards for those who engaged in transactions in those 10-15 minutes.

You've seen the solutions proposed, and the efforts made. Some very competent people who outsmarted everyone still are very honorable and are returning the funds (returning, not selling back!), and Elrond will be the intermediary to distribute those back to the listing participants (we will build a special farm or something similar). MEX is a different story. It is valuable, and not to be airdropped like candy, just to appease some community members.

indeed. they didn't have to return anything and are willing to do so. most wouldn't bother. this is still crypto and most are in this for the money

Yes, and all those efforts are much appreciated. I am curios what kind of farms, I just hope is not a RIDE farm, like you said yesterday, because me for example I took my loss, and put the remaining eGold in the EGLD/MEX farm. So no RIDE left, and like me I suppose is the majority. This is why I said LKMEX farm would be better, it cannot be dumped, and only the community has it. There are 250 Bil. LKMEX on the Initual Liquidity, if you guys would have stick to the plan and you would have put them into the EGLD/MEX Pool, it would have doubled the liquidity and the slippage wouldn't have been such a big Problem on the MEX release. Consequently, on the RIDE would not have been so many with 50% slippage, so way less people with losses. I belive is not a bad idea to use some of those in such a moment, they supposed to be used anyway.

One idea is to have a RIDE farm with RIDE rewards, for those who bought RIDE at high prices, due to bot action etc, so they can end up with a better average price (and more tokens). This is great for all who believe in the project and wanted to get in early at a good price. Speculators, hmm. I'm not saying they are bad people, it's a DEX and it's made for trading, so we should consider them as well. The above is just one idea. We will consider everyone involved. Let's wait for the official announcement. Good ideas 👌

i can imitate a real user by using a bot. so it'a all assumptions and what they where told. it doesn't matter though, bots are part of the game. the problem here is that there was no limit on how much 1 person could buy within a timeframe at a coin launch. outside launches they shouldn't limit it though

No one said anything in caping the amount forever, only at launch.

I really hope you don't stick with this idea. You know I am not a speculator. What should I have been done with RIDE? I cannot put it anywhere with LKMEX in a pool. The rewards in the RIDE/EGLD pool were way less than other pools, but mostly very dangerous. At the moment nobody knew if those 3 wallets will dump or not, it could have happened at any moment. So what if I had put them in the EGLD/RIDE pool and someone would have dump it? I would have lost even more EGLD. Seriously now, put yourself a little bit in the peoples shoes, think logically. It has nothing to do with speculation but with risk management. I for example, I just tried to buy to put them to RIDE/EGLD Pool, alongside the other LP, from my single Lootery Ticket won. It has nothing to do with speculation! Sometimes I feel that you guys don't get it, this is why I wrote that long feedback comment, it took me 3 hours, to understand what happened from the community point of view, not from the speculator point of view. If anyone was speculating that was Dr Delphi, not we the community who tried to buy as low as possible and got after 5 minutes the biggest prices. How many times I have to say it until you guys get it?

How did you managed to get the highest price?

Are you serios? Is this even a question? How did I "managed"? I just tried to swap in the first minute like everybody else. The transaction got through 4-5 minutes later with maybe 10x less RIDE than showed in the textbox form. That is how I "managed" it.

Please also increase RIDE rewards in the RIDE-LKMEX farm. Many people who bought RIDE at an inflated price (due to the bots) sold it at a big loss. These people should receive some help too.

You are writing as if you are THE voice of the community. You are one voice. Single. You cannot represent what everyone else is thinking in the entire community stop it. Sharing your personal thoughts is fine. Dont pretend to speak for everyone else.

Ride pool just creates sell pressure, a Snapshot would be epic

I belive I am the voice of those who lost hundreds of eGold on the RIDE listing. So for sure I am not a single voice. There are thousands who lost money. I just want to help the team to understand this perspective, to understand from our perspective where it all started and why thousands of people used 50% slippage, which led to this chaos. Is just the reality. Please take some minutes and read my long feedback comment from above, maybe you will understand better.

I have read it. Nothing I wasn't unaware of, being quite able to think on my own. You can believe that you are the voice of multitudes. Did they ask you to write for them and sign a petition? Probably not. Just speak honestly for yourself is all I ask. Assuming for others is just not a good practice. I read your post. Remedies are being done. Have you read those and understood those? None of this is required legally, they are going above and beyond -imo. The team is going to bat for everyone on that, as much as is possible. Next time heed the warnings as well.

I am not here to make a revolution, I am here trying to help the team to understand the problems from another perspective, in order for them to make educated decisions. I speak very honestly and I don't assume for others, I read the others hundreds of comments, I feel exactly like them. By heed the warnings. I mean if Sever or anyone from the core team is telling you to avoid a certain actions and to not do something, because its very risky and could result in huge loses. Please heed those warnings in the future. Everyone does understand. You have been heard.

Maybe use the returned egld to purchase ride tokens. All returned funds to create a single staking pool for ride tokens and receives rewards in ride.
