im guessing un-inlist them first? What about resources i have bought, food, amo, they dont show up in collectibles?

If your ships are enlisted, you need to at least repair it to 100% health using the Toolkit resource that's available in the Resource tab in the Marketplace before you can withdraw a ship from being enlisted. All remaining ammo, food and fuel will be claimed back together with the unclaimed ATLAS once you've withdrawn.

You go to your collections tab in your phantom wallet and select the ship you want to move, you can then see a send button there. click send then enter the destination wallet address.
