I have an issue: I tried transferring my xrp in

GateHub from my primary wallet to my Xrpl wallet (on GH itself) and the transaction hasn't gone through for 14 hours.

It just shows as pending and i doubt that i can cancel it.

Is there any known issue on the network?

I think due to xrp snapshot get solo event. Exchange which join this event can't deposit and withdraw xrp. Like me transfer xrp to hotbit on 23 december, But until now the transaction still pending
