Hello, I am sorry I keep comig back here. How

can I stake my TEL? The 2 videos confused me more. I have TEL already and I dont want to spend my ETH to buy anything. I do have Polygon though. How should I go about staking from here?

Once you have successfully bridged to Polygon PoS, you can provide liquidity to Quickswap pools by: 1. Search for TEL pools at https://info.quickswap.exchange/pairs. 2. Next click “Add Liquidity” on the pool page of your choice. 3.You will have to first authorize Matic Network to spend your tokens in the liquidity pool. 4.Once both tokens have been authorized, click “Supply.” 5.You are now an LP on Quickswap! Alternatively, you can become an LP on the DFX pools by a slightly different process: 1. Navigate to https://app.dfx.finance/pools. 2. Click on the pool you'd like to provide with liquidity. 3. Enter the amount you'd like to provide. 4. Click "Supply," then confirm the transaction. 5. You are now an LP on DFX! Your next step is to stake your liquidity, of which the steps can be found here: https://www.telx.network/about/how-do-i-stake-my-liquidity
