above. Do you have knowledge of how wallet private keys will be handled if for example someone delegates management of their node to you ?
We believe we have a solution. This is a solution that will enable co-nodes, co-rooms (DODI), outsourced node management, compounding of rewards and more. However it is expected that this will be transferable across different crypto ecosystems. Whilst we have some incredible talent working on this, the truth is that if we disclose our solution in detail now, others with bigger budgets and larger dev teams will beat not just Node Army in bringing this to the Constellation ecosystem and community, but will take it to other ecosystems and we want this to be initially launched as an unique aspect of Constellation / DAG - for the benefit of us all, ecosystem and community. This might read as a BS response. It’s not meant to be. When it’s ready to launch we will share all details and the community can determine their view then.
Looking forward to it!
I just read about co-node. It seems to be run by a node operator who takes a fee from other people who provide capital, and the node operator is still not exempt from finding ways to secure one's node.
You mean protecting the wallet itself, apart from access to the node server and/or cloud infrastructure it is deployed on, correct? This question applies to both scenarios, delegated and non-delegated
In Col we trust 👍
This is incredible. You keep this secret 🤐 It’s a definite must. 👍That’s not BS , that’s being smart. There’s always someone ready to steal others ideas etc.
I meant a node operator is going to need to authenticate one's node against one's DAG addresss. Offline node authentication is going to help co-node operators secure their nodes, too.
