I know about Maiar (phone app) for staking and Just Mining for masternodes. There are probably other options I don't know about but those two work fine.

The apr is generally between 12 and 16%, depending on the provider How to stake eGLD Please watch out for scammers pretending to be admins, no admin will ever message you first Each provider has a different apr rate, you can see them all in Maiar and wallet 1 eGLD min, you can download www.maiar.com to stake, or use the webwallet wallet.elrond.com You can read all about the Staking providers here ElrondPartners.com, you can also use the bot @ElrondNetwork_Bot and it will tell you the status of the providers and when space opens up with other providers. Ideally you want a provider with , high apr and that is named. See the Staking guide here https://youtu.be/XHlE8h8kBv4 The fees are already included in the apr rate

From what I recall you can stake in Maiar (phone app). If you want to make a masternode (or participate in one) you can do it here: https://www.just-mining.com/en/elrond There are probably other solutions but I know those two and they work.
