If those SEC internal memos are allowed in court... I would anticipate a move to work toward a settlement of some sort... IMO
I also feel something is brewing But as usual I just wait and hodl until events unravel
Yeah... it is hard to imagine the SEC wanting any internal memos on their discussions of XRP released in any form... If they discuss XRP and the discussion indicates any uncertainty of its status as a security/currency... or even groups it with BTC or ETH in any way... it will completely demolish the SEC's case... IMO
Delays, pushback, it's like a neverending story. And what does omikron have to do with it? Zoom, teams, skype anything Will do.
A bit hard to grill a deponent when not in person. This is high stakes.
Grilling doesn't seem to work anyway on Gensler and Friends. Just look how many Times he refused to answer the famous ethereum question in front of a senate hearing!
We will have to wait and see.
