I was told (by DM via Sophia) that a pre-condition before being able to use bank-account or cc a first transfer must be done by network transfer. I personally do not want as I fear that my account will stay frozen afterwards and I do not get back my money. However, is there anyone in the community who can confirm that needed procedure?
