You would need to involve a Bridge for that to work. Nexo only accepts native Bitcoin.

On Polygon you are holding a bridged version of wBTC which is actually an ERC20 token on Ethereum. That wBTC on Ethereum represents BTC that was locked away on the Bitcoin chain and issued in wrapped form on Ethereum. So you are essentially two steps away from real Bitcoin which does complicate the process a little.
