So what is ust yield reserve mean?

It’s a buffer that allows anchor to pay the rate decided by governance in periods where the protocol doesn’t earn a profit. If the buffer is empty , the actual deposit rate will need to be lower, in case all other parameters remain unchanged (ie adding bassets , increase in utilization ratio, higher collateral value for bassets)
