Hello ive filled all the criteria to get the 25usd

in btc deposit. But nexo is saying i won't get the bonus because my referall posted his referall link in an external website.
I did nothing wrong but won't get the bonus.
Is it normal i dont receive the bonus even if i filled all the criteria?

You can post your referral link at any website, this was not the issue. Did the portfolio of your referred friend drop below 100$ at the day the bonus had to be released?
