What has happened to LTV slider in Borrow. All of

a sudden I'm near 60% and price of Luna collateral hasn't dropped that much. I also notice where it used to have a 45% safe value now 75% and 100%? Anybody have an explanation for this? Is LTV now being calculated differently?

This is a clear manipulation of the figures. LTV is a clear fact that no one can manipulate whereas 'Borrow usage' definitely can AND IS. I was below 40% LTV now I'm 58% Borrow usage. Unlike LTV this is not a transparent figure. If it is how do I calculate it Or bring back LTV. Reminiscent of when Anchor meddled with the Net APR after the upgrade as since then it has constantly been increasing.

LTV changes with the increase in borrowing amount with borrowing interest and also with the change in the price of bonded assets
