I don't understand why Ripple is accepting the extension of

oh yeah, I think those dates were written because they were expecting the case to end then but jeremy hogan said that of course it could end way sooner I am begging them to not wait until august - november again specially now that there is a lot of evidence that the case is useless. Also, I think they all said that there were talks about settlement in february so we all just need to wait. Brad keeps hinting at the idea that it might end sooner because of evreything that has happened.

Yes, I understood the message correctly. A lot of new documents and files are coming out, I think this case needs to end now.

Is this an offer? Or is it fixed as a date? Does Ripple have the right to refuse this? Can he tell the court to end this case or will the SEC again ask for an extension?

It's a pending class action so they have not agreed to anything yet. I seriously don't know why they would even agree to this.

I just hope it's true lol. I hope to see that they just end this case so that we can finally see some better news. Im holding for the long run since I know that xrp will be worth a lot in the future.
