Since I am new here I have a question: I am

currently staking EGLD through the MAIAR app with a provider and continuing with EGLD on my ledger through the ELROND wallet.
Can I participate in metabonding with both staking pools and what do I need to do.
I'm not clear on the differences between MAIAR Exchange and ELROND Wallet, especially the different platforms for staking, at the moment. Is there a link here to read up on this?
