Does the staking has a waiting list and 10days period ? There's a lot of pool with high fees.

No waiting list for Staking, there is for delegation but you won't qualify if you are in it... With regards to the fees, that's the difference between what validators make and what delegators make, they are already included in the apr rate, you will never actually physically see them
