on ust with ~60% cake apy on pancakeswap staking of cake?
I understand ust is stablecoin and cake has price risk. But cake needs to really fall 40% from already a very low price, for apy to be same as anchor.
So shldnt cake staking be a better choice? Kindly opine.
wrong maths, if cake falls 40%, you will need more than 60% apy, you will need 100% apy on cake to get the same performance
Thanks. Yes, youre rt. So if 100 in anc becomes 120 in 1 yr Then if 100 in cake falls to 75, and earns 60%, it gets to 120. So a 25% price fall is acceptable. If it bappens pretty much early. If it happens mid yr, then maybe larger fall sustainable too. Assuming simple int for ease. Since cake 1 yr low was abt 5.5 and its at 6 now...dont you think it offers better risk reward?
