Restricted can spot trading, but can deposit and withdraw?

So if i am living in the countries that restricted gate.io, if i don't do margin or future trading, can i still do spot trading, deposit and withdraw usdt as normal?

Yes, you can do those. But if You're in the prohibited countries you can't do those and we advise you to withdraw your funds before month of April.

It means that if real time my accounts is using the internet inside a prohibited countries, i can not do trading/deposit/trading? So if after April i move to not prohibited countries, can i continue to use Gate? Or i need to make new account?
