You can do it daily but it all depend on how many you have in staking. The fee to stake rewards are very small but still count. You can calculate your optimal restaking reward ratio

Elrond has a 10 days unstake period, no?

In case you're trying to do efficient timing... Unstaked EGLD always gets released on an epoch ending. It is held up until 9 daily epoch end events have occurred. The waiting time is 9 to 9.99 days, depending on when the EGLD was unstaked, relative to when epochs end.
