to collect data without infringing on GDPR or other privacy laws ? @onepraveenpaul
We are serious about data privacy and have multiple measures to ensure data is collected and stored in a regulation-friendly way. We have a feature called “regional decentralized hubs” that abstracts the storage mechanism to provide privacy-preserving compute and regulation-friendly storage. Depending on the type of data being uploaded for trade, the user will be able to choose between more centralized and regulation friendly “localized encrypted storage” or for more decentralized options based on IPFS + FileCoin. But a key feature that is being worked on is a; “per-user encryption scheme” with the user having full control of the “keys” to unlock their data. This is to ensure the user can exit “anytime” and to make Itheum fully "regulation-friendly".
