How exactly does the referral system work? I referred a

friend who topped up 2 LTC, I then sent them some nexo from my account but it appears that because I sent them some nexo it has all been counted as an internal transaction invalidating the sign bonus

Shouldn't their original top up off 2 LTC have covered it though? I didn't know sending an internal transaction within the first month would cancel it

Me either.. I referred someone and he top up for 100 a month and they said my friend failed to complete all the steps required for a successful referral. So i will not receive any bonus

I told him to withdraw the LTC and just delete his account. I've already withdrawn my assets. faulty referral system could mean financial difficulties for nexo so not risking it

2 LTC top up does equal more than 100 dollars. Only thing I can think of is the additional nexo tokens which were sent from my nexo account. But nexo has been established long enough that this shouldn't have cancelled the bonus

I understand the 2 LTC was an external top-up, so the problem migh not be there. How about the Advanced Verification process?
