Will Nexo ever allow us to actually own the assets

we purchase via the Nexo exchange? No top-up or withdraw option, just buy and sell for the majority of listed assets. Not our keys - not our crypto. More and more assets added by the week yet ZERO effort has gone into making the wallets fully functional. This is extremely disappointing and a blatant money grab as we have to pay extra for the coins via the Nexo exchange. Time to start looking for a new custodian I think, been waiting for near 12 months for the ability to top up/withdraw certain assets but it is clearly not on Nexo’s agenda.
