them, nobody seems really willing to help. They refer to a „thoughtful process of KYC“ but obviously in my case this is far from thoughtful.. unfortunately!! I am a big friend of Elrond but these kinds of situations and combinations where rules do not make things safer or fairer but are just not properly and carefully thought over.
My situation:
I have 509 EGLD in total. 108 EGLD on Account a) making me eligible to 8 tickets. 401 EGLD on Account b) making me eligible to another 8 tickets. If I had both combined on one account, I would get access to 16 tickets. so far so good, 8+8=16. I use two Adresses to minimise risk in case I get hacked. Now I tried to register both but get rejected with one of them!
A genius from Itheum itself recommended me the following (ATTENTION!): i should now (today, 21.03.2022) UNSTAKE my coins and move them tp the other address! He did not even mention a 10 day withdrawal period. The same time, kyc closes on 28th!! If I follow this brilliant official itheum advice, I withdraw my coins and am too late to top up!
GUYS, THIS IS GETTING SCARILY CHAOTIC!!! Is there anybody seriously willing and able to help me?
How does that not make sense? They only accept one unique KYC per person so why would they approve your second account? I'm sorry but this is poor planning from your perspective
