Am I gonna disqualify for this bonus referral (25$) or I’m still gonna have this?

I mean if I hold 103 USDT doing this period (30 days) it will above 100$! But I want to know if I take a loan from this 103 USDT, am I gonna disqualify for the referral bonus (25$ in btc), because of this loan???
