Hi admin..as of today,i (malaysian user) still can access my

gate io account..however i feel regret because have to force sell my coin in loss position due to news that gate io banned malaysian user if they not sell/transfer their coin before 10th April..is it kind of joke?or after 30th April,our account confirmed terminated/deleted?

Hi! I'm sorry to say but it's real that Accounts in the prohibited countries will be closed on April 30. We advise you to withdraw your assets to prevent asset loss.

As per support team, If you did not receive an email advisory you can still do spot trading. But just to be safe, you can withdraw your funds first then let's see if your gate.io will not get closed after April 30. If you can still access your account you can transfer your funds back to gate.io ☺️
