where do you see that

You have to recount that yourself. Do payment eg. 100 GBP and compare it with your created USD loan oppose to that. Than recount the rate and compare it with general mid GBP/USD rate at the time of the payment. This is the only way you can check it now.

They are swapping it on-the-fly via several 3rd parties. So it can be mid rate (better case), or any other rate (worse case).

Problem is it is not about NEXO but 3rd parties. Maybe there was not enough liquidity for this transaction. If it would be done partially by eg. 5 ETH in each swap, it would be much more better.
