Nexo from Kraken? I think not because I don't have an IBAN at Nexo?

But it's the same IBAN for everyone, Kraken doesn't ask for the reference when adding IBAN account ..

Ah ok, then I guess the way would be to transfer the EUR to your regular bank, then over to nexo. However that might be more expensive than for example sell your EUR to ADA/XRP or similar cheap transfer coins, send it to nexo and then exchange locally to EUR(x).
