Let us know the identified reasons and the specific measures you have taken. Also, please tell us where and how your address database is formed? How and where do you get the explicit consent of users to receive the newsletter? Does your system use double opt-in? If you are not familiar with the rules for conducting and registering mailings, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with them. Their violation may lead to the blocking of emails.
Just saying? Icloud . Com mailbox is also not receiving the letters. And this problem is at thousands of people, its not only about me as u think
If it was with more than you, it would be a known issue for support, which it apparently is not. Only you that has reported it as far as it can be seen now so... if it was a major problem, nexo.io domain would show up in a lot of email blacklists.. but yeah, just saying what I see from an non-nexo employee/related email administrator (again I dont work with/for or handle nexo domain, just email admin is part of my daily job so usually quick to see if a domain is badly configured).

Maaan, as you have told, u are not a nexo employee, so pls, do not talk about stuff you don’t know. The support team knows about this issue, and the thing is that they do nothing to solve it. If u are such interested in it, just read from this chat, forums, etc. and you’ll see that there are tones of people complaining to this problem which isn’t solved already for more than a week. And this stats are only about people who talk about it! There a pot of people who simply don’t know what to do, or contact directly the live chat!

U rlly want thousands of people to loose their time, contacting the mail provider, changing the mail, instead of solving the problem which is in your responsibility?! Do your job, that’s all we ask!
Hello Mr.Twister, we discussed this issue yesterday. As you can see we've already said that we've addressed the issue with mail.ru, but to no success. For now the solution we can provide is either you contact them yourselves (we've also sent a link to the form which you need to fill to directly address the issue with mail.ru) or contact our LiveChat to change the email associated to your Nexo account. I understand that this is frustrating, but being mad at Nexo for this is like being mad at platforms, which are following guidance from the SEC. We're not at fault here, as the email provider is the one who's flagging our emails as spam. Please be understanding of the situation
