Dear elrond team/admins, Its May 5th now. Utrust acquisition by Elrond

news was out on January. It was very clear since that announcement that UTK will move to elrond network.

If the acquisition news was out on January, the network swap would have been discussed months before itself (last year) internally by the both the teams.

Now when the news is out on public on January, one would easily assume the network swap bridge to be ready and deployed right away. Instead we utrust community kept on waiting…January passed, February passed, after 2 months of acquisition news..it was said the eth bridge will be finally ready by March. We again kept waiting and then march passed, April passed and now its May.

Still the bridge is in testing and not yet ready. And the reason given is the bridge needs to be very secure with no errors.

My question is, 5 months had already passed and many more months last year internally and such period is still not enough for the bridge to be ready?

How long more we need to wait? All we get is “sooon”, “final stage”, “Testing”, Never ending Battle of Yields community test. All these should have been completed much before.

Is all this patient waiting going to worth it for us UTK holders? It’s getting too delayed now

Don't think there focus is really on the UTK community,look at other projects launched on elrond (ride,zpay,itheum).it was given massive support from the elrond team. We were promised march for bridge deployment, yet no update on that since weeks ago.

They are holding out for the right time in the market to announce, no point in a bearish phase it wont bring new investors. They always do it an so they should if we all want it to succeed

My question is why does the team give us these timeframes and deadlines? You knew from the beginning how much testing you need and how long its gonna take to build the products with a small team. Its pretty bad business ethics to miss product deadlines by 5 months, even if its in the customer’s best interest.

Thats a legit question. Well formed and without FUD. I was hoping for an announcement this week. My question would be- What happened to the townhalls? I really liked that way of updating us
