Yeah, one has to be very careful upon transfering funds, because in some situations, no matter how much we want to help - we just can't and it's a very unpleasant feeling for both parties.

It depends on the specific case, as we have the policy of retrieving tokens in general. We put numerous disclaimers (almost everywhere) to notify our clients of how important it is to select the "XX" Network upon transfering, as choosing the wrong Blockchain Network might result in permanent loss of assets. Our designated Technical team works tirelessly to retrieve numerous amounts of tokens daily, conversely, let's take the following example of transfering assets over the BEP-20 (BSC) Network - we do not support it at all (you can include this information in your video 🙂 ). We have conducted thorough research on this matter with our custodian partners BitGo and with Binance themselves. It has been concluded that BEP-20 (BSC) tokens sent to an ERC-20 smart contract cannot be retrieved.
