Sorry I still can't get it. I'm trying to know whether I will still earn daily compounding interest from flex term if I create fixed term for my asset? If will still earn from flex term but interest payout applies only after fixed time period ends? Am I right?

If you start a fixed term then that fixed term will only earn fixed term interest which is compounded daily and paid at the end of the term. You will not earn any daily flexible interest from that fixed term.

Well, it is obviously a trade off. You get a higher interest rate, but it comes at the cost of having to lock your crypto.
