Guys, what happens to people who just deposit UST on

Anchor for the yield if UST loses peg? Will it regain the peg or what could be the consequences? I guess the peg is especially important for people who borrowed on leverage?

So far ust was good in maintaining the peg. I am hoping it will be. I will be worried if luna drops significantly and LFG starts using BTC reserves to support UST while BTC is also going down. That is when everything will spiral down

I just want to understand what happens to the people who just earn yield on their deposited UST if it loses peg temporary. If there is no risk involved then why are people withdrawing? do they not understand the system backing the UST peg and are only panicking?

I guess it didn't start yet, but in worstcase scenario they have to dip into BTC to support UST just like JUMP is dumping eth now as somebody said
