Like if there a small dip just below 100$ for a very short time it may be ok, however if the system detects less than 100$ at any point during the 30day period it will be rejected.

Nobody is lying, also it is clearly written in the article and T&C that if the amount falls below $100 you won't be eligible for the bonus. My colleague advised you for a top up, because sometimes the system allows a small dip below 100$.

Well thats true, if you see a slight drop below 100$ be quick and top up for example 5$ then your safe. if it drops below 100$ and you just leave it for hours/days then for sure your not qualifying.
