option on nexo be to hold native USD? What about DAI, USDP, USDC?
After watching some content USDP (BUSD) from Paxos seems to be the safest option. USDP is nearly completely backed by FIAT. … And/or diversify. Usdc not bad either nor DAI. But DAI is backed by crypto, which could be an issue in a big crypto crash. What do you think?
It’s interesting!, it is issued as the same place as BUSD.
For me, USDC should be the best option. Once I withdraw from Binance, for exmaple, the withdraw rate is only 1 USDC via Polygon chain.
I consider both usdc and busd/usdp as very secure. the latter, paxos is a bit more secure, because almost fully backed by fiat. usdt is considered as the stable with the most risk potential, but in the end, the big players like binance would do anything to keep it stable. it's the most popular and the most spread. you can exchange almost everything with usdt. and if it breaks down it would have a really severe effect on crypto in general. everyone would like to avoid that. tether is under pressure for audits and is growing better in transparency. but currently it's the stable with more risk compared to the fully audited ones.
Couldn't agree more :)
