wallet keep accumulating interest even if they are used as a collateral for a loan (unlike other assets). Question: technically speaking, how is it done? For example, if I wish to deposit the NEXOs to a fixed term saving do I need to move them from credit wallet to the saving wallet?
In that case, yes. If they are only in the credit line, you will still earn interest.
Kindly clarify - Will I be able to deposit them to a fixed term saving *from* the credit line wallet?
If they are in the credit line you wont be able to put them in a fixed term.
Thank you. Then, I'll have to move them to the saving wallet, right? Will they be able to be moved even though they are used as a collateral?
Unfortunately no, if they are being used as collateral, you wont be able tom
Weird. I read that NEXOs are accumulating interest even if they are used as a collateral. I'll check that again.
They do indeed accumulate interest but you cant put them in a fixed term when they are in the credit wallet.
What would be the APY/APR for the NEXOs that are held in the credit line wallet? I assume less than the APR in the fixed terms...
Its Like flex terms
They are less than when in a fixed term, yes. You can check the rates from our help center.
