Guys, how many times does the admins need to say

that information will be given the moment they have some news? It's a lot going on, the admins here are community admins they are not nexo staff so to say. They just rely the information given to them as well.

Remember, even an aidrop happens today it's not like nexo or any other exchange needed to have everything in order for that moment.

Hehe ;) well, to be fair in these kind of matters. I'd start getting annoyed if no actionplan after 2-3months. Put things in to perspective when it comes to legal matters, big issues etc.. Exchanges can spend years on these kind of things (obviously don't hope that happens here tough)

Yes, but nexo didnt crash, terra did... you gotta see where the actionplan need to come from, then nexo need to evaluate and see if and how this can be implemented.. all that will take time, potentially a lot of time

the action plan, in this case should start from Nexo, as the assets are limited and so, exchanged only through the platform.

Just a quick check to make sure I fully get your side. When/if USDT collapse, which to my surprise haven't happened yet, we should ask nexo for refund? or is the limited assets your going at? Just stables or if SOL (limited asset) tanks to 0, then also we should get a refund?

Nope, we should not hope for Nexo refund, we must have the rights as "consumers" on the products we buy, and the platform must take action quickly in order to make us not lose more money than we actually did, plus not losing opportunity to have some airdrop

For me, I trust nexo 100% to keep my funds safe. Hell, 80% of me and my wifes savings (for a home) are in nexo. I trust myself to make sure the investments I do on the platform are the best for my risk profile, meaning no USDT (nor did I jump on the UST train due to the high risk profile).
