Nope. UST holders will receive an airdrop, for those who has UST at the snapshot post attack (may 27th). If you already had them pre attack and never sold them, in my opinion you are eligible because you were still UST holder post attack. But the percentage of new luna tokens are way higher for luna holders than for UST holders. So for those who were UST holder, don’t hope to have too many luna tokens from the airdrop

I think that only if you bought ust after the attack are eligeble for the airdrop, but not 100% sure... check the original Terra agora post
