Before I moved my money to Nexo all the customer support responses were quick and enthusiastic, but now that the money is in their hands all we get are vague replies that they are working on it…and make it seem like it’s our fault we lost…it would be good if they could say what exactly the issue is and where things are held up, what it needs to be resolved and when it is expected to be sorted, if they are working with some other exchange, which exchange is it? also if they are working on any other initiated they should let us know…I don’t think anyone would like to throw their hard earned savings into a black box
