I understand now what do you mean. Please note that whenever you make a purchase with the Nexo Card, the merchant has up to 45 days to claim the funds. This process usually takes no more than a few days, but until it happens, the card transaction will be pending in your Transactions tab, and the amount won’t be added to your outstanding loan as mentioned here - https://support.nexo.io/hc/en-us/articles/5101260978194-How-does-the-Nexo-Card-work-
Sorry, just me not being clear :) I used the card to buy a bed, the transaction went fine and was approved in nexo (100% done, cashback paid and transaction was finalized). Then (2weeks later) I decided to return the bed and get another instead. The merchant now have refunded me amount for the purchase. In my nexo transaction list it first showed up as "REFUND" with status "AUTHORIZED". Then the day after it changed to "REFUND — APPROVED". At this time I assumed I would get either EURx or USDx showing in my account, however nothing changed as of yet. :)
Helge, I am not sure what the issue with your case is. Could you please get in touch with our Customer Support Team so our agents could check your account.
I got reply from CS now, and this information might be good for others to know as well. If you use the nexo card to make a purchase, the transaction is then finalized after a few days. If however the merchant then later refunds you, the amount is NOT added to your wallet, its instead used to pay down any outstanding loan or as in my case I didn't have any outstanding loan. It then instead gave me a negative credit. So I then took out a loan for the amount CS specified (the negative credit is not shown on the app/website). So now I got USDC in my wallet and no outstanding loan either.. :)
