There is no "dapp" in Keplr, so I assume he meant whether Injective will be listed as a network on Keplr. Right now, anyone can visit Injective Hub and click "Connect" then choose "Keplr". Once she does so, then Injective will be added as a network on her Keplr. This means Injective is already integrated with Keplr (albeit not all messages can be signed yet), just not on the official default list of networks. Of course, having Injective on the official default list is preferred and the team is in contact with Keplr to do so, as well as resolving other issues such as signing messages like staking.
