because Pelosi's circles are seemingly highly corrupt .... Ripple is known to be ready to pay for their interests ... do the math (my personal take, no offense to anyone)

'credible' and 'statist' / politics don't rhyme though, sorry for the bad news 😉 Actually, as I think it's good for Ripple if the SEC becomes more corrupt and close their eyes even more on what's considered a security. We will just have to wait and see. It may also 'help' that courts are increasingly becoming political tools worldwide.
