I just talked to live chat and they said they are experiencing some congestion in withdrawal and will be processed "very soon". Do I still need to email ?
Since the support agent confirmed that there are no further complications with the withdrawal in question, I highly recommend waiting out a couple of minutes. If your withdrawal is not proceesed regardless, you can send an email accordingly.
