I don't get why there is a problem. If someone

can prove the coins belong to that person, then what's the problem to reassign them? I don't have any and it doesn't affect me in any way. I want to transact with other people around the world (as I do today), I want to do microtransaction, I want to do it privately as bitcoin (bsv) system provides, do it cheap and fast. Reassigning coins is not really that big thing for me so I don't even care to continue this discussion. I told you how I see that issue is getting resolved. but I don't even care if it resolves in that or in any other way

freeze order can be instant. for example you get your notification that some coins were transferred from you without your consent (someone stole your keys). you instantly issue freeze order (receiver gets it too). But if you stole it, the coins are frozen so you can't move them. let's say I have 1 month to file court case, if I don't, the coins get released. If I act too late, and those coins changed hands multiple times, then I can't do much with that. my best bet is to try go after you (if I can find you), so the good old way. And mixers and anonymizers are only good for criminals (not a single legit use case). they will be fully banned eventually.
