nexo card but wasn’t delivered and now I will get a refund. Where will this refund show up? How will it be refunded? Thanks and please no dm/scam responses:-)
Hi Robert. The processing time of a Nexo Card refund depends solely on the merchant, which sold you the goods. The refunded amount will be reflected in your Nexo account (will be shown in your Transaction History) no later than 1 day after the merchant has processed the refund. Important thing to note is that the refunded amount will not be credited to your Savings Wallet, but will be subtracted from your Outstanding Loan, or in other words, will be reflected in your Available Credit.
