XRP (within reason)? What did David Schwartz mean when he said, "It was never possible to actually get $3.84 for one XRP." If Ripple wins the lawsuit, where do you think the price will go? At the end of the day, I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth holding onto my XRP. If the price isn't going to go beyond let's say $2 or $3, I don't know if I'll stick around.
I agree. It SEEMS like a slam dunk for Ripple. BUT we're dealing with a corrupt government. I'm just not convinced that facts and logic are the driving force. Maybe I'm underestimating the judge. But the question becomes, WHY sue Ripple in the first place if you don't have a case? They might be corrupt, but they're not stupid. Is all of this to slow things down so US banks can play catch-up? I've heard all kinds of things thrown around.
It was the only way for the FED to prevent the collapse of the US$. I have said it before and I will say it again, the only reason Torres hasn't delivered her decision is coz Gary has a gun to her head. He is doing it at the behest of the FED. You can bet that she has had a private chat with a few members of Congress about her hands being tied. Hence the recent move to embarrass Gary publicly and the threat to fire him. Think about it, 20 years ago, if a public servant had to face that kind of humiliation, he/she would have resigned. He is clinging on for dear life. Why? Because Yellen has told him to stay put. I bet the FED are scheming on how to either replace Torres with a more pliant judge (looks quite impossible) or find a way to outlaw XRP. It's the only way to delay the inevitable delollarization of global trade and economy.
If that's true that doesn't bode well for a favorable Ripple outcome.
If .... an outcome will ever be allowed ....
