If you activate guardian, your wallet transforms into a multisignature wallet this means, all of your transactions are INVALID, except if the second wallet (which is from the MultiversX Foundation) also signs your transaction the MultiversX Foundation checks if the 2fa code is valid. If it is, they will sign your transaction also. Your transaction now has two valid signatures, from your own account and from MultiversX Account Now your transaction will be processed

it means if mvx foundation wallet private key lost all users was activated 2fa can't access own money, right ? or mxv foundation wallet hacks, hacker can do distrub, right ?

If the MultiversX Foundation's co-signer wallet lost it's key phrase, you can easily change the guardian to a new one, or remove it from your wallet. Worst case: you need to wait 20 days If their wallet gets compromised by a hacker: they can co-sign any transactions, which is bad, yes, but if your 24 words are safe, then they can't even create any transactions from your account to begin with
