This sounds like a compromised wallet. I suggest you create a fresh new wallet and make sure it's completely secured with your Secret Phrase safely stored. First I would recommend you unlink your current wallet from xPortal - Settings - Unlink Wallet and then you'll be able to create a fresh wallet and attach it to your phone number on xPortal.

You are not suppose to give permissions in the first place to anyone else. Only you as the owner has access to your Secret Phrase and only you are able to sign transactions and perform any wallet actions on the blockchain. If anyone else has this power it means they somehow got access to your Secret Phrase or to your keystore file&password (if you used Web Wallet as connectivity). You should never ever share your Secret Phrase to anyone. As long as you don't do it, you'll always keep your wallet 100% safe & secured.

If you want to transfer funds from a CEX to your MultiversX wallet I suggest you make sure you're using the correct network (always choose the native MultiversX network) and choose the right deposit address. This one you'll find in your xPortal/Web Wallet. As a principle: you don't transfer your funds to xExchange, you transfer your funds to your MVX wallet which you can afterwards connect to xExchange - which is our Decentralized Exchange on MultiversX Blockchain. Once you have your funds securely stored on your new MVX wallet you can always connect to multiple dApps on our network. You can find them on xPortal - Hub section.
