Hey, absolutely! You can stake your EGLD towards any Staking Provider directly from your Web Wallet or xPortal, this way securing the network and getting rewarded with a variable APR between 8%-10%. Staking is non-custodial - your EGLD will be blocked in the smart contract & the Staking Agencies do not have any control over your funds. There is a 10 days unbounding period for security reasons. Super safe, fast & secure.
Ok :) but since there are so many available how can all pay everyone without risk? Sorry for the technical answer
Currently, only the EGLD (Elrond) that I deposited is being withdrawn from my wallet. You are suggesting to close the wallet, but what will happen to the EGLD that I staked on Mexc?"
You should create a new wallet and delete the old one! Egld staked on mexc aren't in your wallet
