This I know. I have no problem to pay the fee. I have problem if I want to send 1 ETH than finally the fee deducted from the 1 ETH and I send 0,9xxx ETH. Even if I have available ETH in my account to pay the fee from there. So, why fee deducted from the sending amount??? How can I change that?

Not sure you can change that, you’ll have to send an amount above 1 ETH for the fee to be deducted and leave 1 ETH that’s sent. You can also contact Customer Support over Live Chat from your Nexo app or via email and ask them to check.

The fee is not exact, it is always changing so you can not estimate the fee exactly. It is crazy. All platform deduct the fee from the account and not from the sending amount. Simply bad setup what you are using.

Thumbs up for this suggestion. Sometimes we pay directly with crypto for a service. Having fees deducted "outside" of the price of service, as most wallets operate, would be strongly preferable. The workaround is to withdraw first to Trust Wallet, then pay for the service. However I am assuming you want your customers to stay in your ecosystem.
